Set on a steep lot in Brookwood Hills, this 1929 brick Tudor was renewed through a series of thoughtful renovations. Having worked with the homeowners before on multiple projects, we were invited back to update this house—keeping its character intact while improving how it functions for everyday life.
Over several phases, we dug out and finished a full basement to create flexible living space, rebuilt the front drive with new retaining walls to soften the slope, added a three-car carriage house that complements the original architecture, and refreshed the kitchen and baths with classic, durable finishes. The result is a home that feels comfortably historic yet completely livable for today.
