INMAN PARK WILBURN RENOVATION
The owners of this 1927 Leila Ross Wilburn bungalow in Inman Park’s historic district were looking to add functionality and a bit of extra space, while maintaining the home’s charming character. The district’s guidelines limited the living space that could be gained outside of the home’s modest footprint, but a thoughtful design created a new entry foyer and incorporated an existing sunporch. These front rooms now connect to open communal areas. Reconfigured bedrooms and an additional bath provide a more functional and efficient use of space, along with a better overall circulation. The kitchen was expanded to the back of the house, providing connectivity to a new deck and plunge pool, and adding storage along the new hallway. French doors in the upgraded master suite provide direct access to the rear amenities. Finally, spiral stairs were added for easy access to an office tucked away in the attic loft.
on INTEGRITY & QUALITy
“Red Level has completed 2 large remodels and additions to our home. We were a remodeler's nightmare in that we wanted to stay in our home through 2 major remodels. Everything went perfect. Everyday the job site was cleaned. Both projects were completed right on time and right on budget. Dan and John never failed to live up to every promise. Their subcontractors are the best out there. Always on time and if they were to be 15 or 30 minutes late due to traffic, they always called and advised us. We have one more phase we wish to complete on our home and I can say this with out a doubt, even if a big name Buckhead Remodeler were to offer to do Phase 3 FREE, we would turn them down. Dan and John are the only people we would ever do business with. We have referred them to 4 other people who have used them to do their remodeling. They were 100% satisfied as we are. Don't use anyone else.”
